Registration for art classes at Clementine is as easy as 1-2-3.

Step 1: Fill out online registration and permission form and print

Step 2: Send permission form with check to Clementine Studio, Steelyards, 2590 31st Street, Boulder, CO 80301
Step 3: Check session dates, class times and our policies, then come on over! We’ll only contact you if the class you have registered for is full.

Want to pay with a credit card?
Step 1: Call 303-443-2520 OR stop by the studio.
Step 2: DON’T FORGET to send/bring your registration form (you will not be permitted to drop your child off at the studio without it).

Another option: Stop by the studio to pick up forms, register and have a look around.

MAKE-UP POLICY
If you have paid for a full session at Clementine and are unable to attend your scheduled class due to your own, or your child’s illness, unexpected travel plans or other emergency, we will provide you with the following options to make-up your class:
1. You may attend another, similar class with notice.
2. You may continue to come to the same class one week into the following session with notice.
3. You may attend Sunday morning Art Play (open studio time) for an equivalent amount of time with a reservation.

Clementine does not prorate for missed classes. Clementine will provide a one time, prorated tuition to new students joining a class after the scheduled start of that session.
After the first class, no refunds will be given for any reason.
Worry about keeping clothes clean inhibits the creative process. Your child should be dressed in clothes that can handle paint and glue.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE SMOCKS

We want to make Clementine a place you and your children will visit regularly, continually and affordably. Clementine is pleased to offer your family a unique and exciting membership opportunity – one that will allow you to take full advantage of Clementine’s art programs for children and receive substantial benefits. With a membership to Clementine studio you’ll get:

Free ARTPLAY (open studio time) for one full year.
Special membership rates for all art classes.
Priority registration for all classes

Membership Details
ARTPLAY (Open Studio Time), at Clementine is a supervised, unstructured art time where children can take advantage of a wide variety of independent art explorations including painting, drawing, sculpture, clay, collage and more! ARTPLAY hours are Sundays from 9-noon (two hour maximum). If you participate in ARTPLAY for just 3 hours each month you’ll spend $540 a year as a non-member. Special membership rates for regularly scheduled art classes are set 15% lower than non-member rates (For example, you’ll get a $18 discount on a $112 class). Priority registration means there will always be a spot for you in our classes. No wait lists, no disappointed children. We’ll also include a charming Clementine t-shirt with each membership

Individual Memberships (one child) to Clementine are $225 a year
Family memberships (2 or more children) are $325 a year
